Terms of Service — Quollo AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quollo AI platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quollo AI provides an AI-powered video interview platform that enables organizations to create structured interview plans, conduct video interviews, and receive AI-assisted candidate assessments. The Service is designed for use by HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share, distribute, or make the Service available to unauthorized third parties
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use the Service in any way that discriminates against candidates based on protected characteristics
Misrepresent AI-generated assessments as solely human evaluations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and AI models, is owned by Quollo AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload. We do not claim ownership of your interview content, recordings, or candidate information.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate interview assessments, scores, and recommendations. These outputs are intended as decision-support tools and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before acting upon it.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quollo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data according to our data retention policy unless you request deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the jurisdiction in which Quollo AI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
